"Kilroy Was Here," a swinging, patriotic musical about World War II is opening Friday June 20, 2008 at 8 PM at the Capitol Theatre. The show will run through the last two weekends in June and close with two special performances on July 4.

The July 5th Donna Hughes show has been cancelled. We plan to resume the Capitol Music Series in August with The Gibson Brothers performing on August 2nd. Grasstowne is a new band comprised of three very well respected veterans in bluegrass and acoustic music. Phil Leadbetter and Steve Gulley have known each other since the mid-1970s when they performed in local bands in the Knoxville, TN area while in their teens. It was during this time through their friendship their paths crossed with mandolin ace Alan Bibey.
